Financial Operations Consultant

Job Summary

To support a large-scale enterprise effort, the remote Financial Operations Consultant will drive financial operations, manage revenue recognition, oversee account reconciliation, and facilitate vendor management and payment processes in a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices by matching them with purchase orders and receipts to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Execute payment programs to manage automated transfers and track payment receipts
• Manage exceptions in SAP invoicing and perform account audits and reconciliation activities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial operations or management, particularly in payment processing and invoicing
• Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud for payments and invoicing systems
• Experience with Procure to Pay (P2P) implementation processes
• Preferred experience utilizing Coupa for invoicing and expense management
