Financial Operations Consultant

Job Summary

To support a large-scale enterprise effort, the experienced Financial Operations Consultant will manage the planning and implementation of new financial programs, including expense and travel management, in a remote capacity for a contract duration of 6 months or more.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the planning, implementation, and rollout of a new Travel & Expense (T&E) program
• Coordinate the deployment and integration of Coupa Expense, Navan, and Wells Fargo corporate card solutions
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive successful program delivery and oversee program governance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or Economics
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial operations or management
• Experience with Coupa Expense for enterprise expense management
• Experience using Navan for corporate travel booking and administration
• Experience supporting Wells Fargo corporate credit card programs
