Financial Operations Contractor

Job Summary

To support financial operations and revenue forecasting, the part-time Financial Operations Contractor will create and maintain weekly revenue forecasts, ensure alignment between business units, and assist with month-end close and invoicing processes in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain weekly revenue forecasts in Excel for review by Finance and Executive Leadership
• Ensure project and revenue categorization accuracy across systems and reports
• Support month-end financial data reporting and assist with invoicing processes in collaboration with internal teams

Required Qualifications

• Experience supporting financial forecasting, revenue tracking, accruals, or financial operations
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience working with CRM systems and project accounting tools
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
