Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Operations Coordinator to support partnerships and improve operational processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead financial operations including vendor payments, invoicing, collections, and forecasting
  • Manage high-volume data entry with accuracy, meeting timelines and compliance metrics
  • Develop and improve operational processes for existing and new services/partners
Required Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of professional experience in financial reporting and/or operations
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in a financial or analytical field
  • Experience in small companies or startups; familiarity with marketplaces is a plus
  • Strong quantitative skills with proficiency in Excel and knowledge of Salesforce or other CRMs
  • Experience in designing and executing scalable processes in operations-intensive environments
