Job Summary

A company in the Financial industry is looking for a Director of Financial Operations.

Position Responsibilities:

Oversee accounting support for up to 16 facilities of varying complexity, including all SOX control monitoring
Perform monthly close in accordance with GAAP
Monthly Income Statement trend analysis and other preparation for review of Surgery Centers financial reports with Operations

Required Qualifications:

BS Accounting Degree
Must have Healthcare Experience
Must have at Management experience with leadership of accountants and experience with influencing operational management and deciphering financial data into actionable operational information and working with senior operational leadership
Manage up to 3 direct reports and 10 indirect reports
Assist in recruiting and onboarding of new talent (external hires and internal promotions/transfers)
