Financial Operations Director

Job Summary

A company in the Financial industry is looking for a Director of Financial Operations.

Position Responsibilities:

• Oversee accounting support for up to 16 facilities of varying complexity, including all SOX control monitoring
• Perform monthly close in accordance with GAAP
• Monthly Income Statement trend analysis and other preparation for review of Surgery Centers financial reports with Operations

Required Qualifications:

• BS Accounting Degree
• Must have Healthcare Experience
• Must have at Management experience with leadership of accountants and experience with influencing operational management and deciphering financial data into actionable operational information and working with senior operational leadership
• Manage up to 3 direct reports and 10 indirect reports
• Assist in recruiting and onboarding of new talent (external hires and internal promotions/transfers)
