Financial Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Part-Time Financial Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the full cycle of financial operations including invoicing, reconciliations, and reporting
• Advise on and optimize QuickBooks processes while supporting financial analysis and operational projects
• Identify and implement process improvements and create SOPs to streamline financial tasks

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of advanced QuickBooks Online experience
• Proficiency in Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel
• 5+ years managing accounts receivable/payable, general ledger, payroll, and reconciliations
• Familiarity with Divvy, Harvest, and Gusto is preferred
• Strong understanding of internal controls and financial compliance
