Financial Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, FP&A and Financial Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive KPI reporting and develop monthly scorecards and weekly tracking to enhance financial performance
• Partner with stakeholders on modeling and assessing operations transformation initiatives and budgeting processes
• Provide monthly variance analysis of budget vs. actual results and identify opportunities for process improvements

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate development, investment banking, or management consulting
• Strong project management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; experience with Power BI and analytics tools is a plus
• Strong working knowledge of business management best practices
• BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business from a top-tier school/program
