Financial Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Operations Manager to handle day-to-day financial operations and oversee efficient financial processes and controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute financial functions including maintaining records, processing payments, and monitoring cash flow
• Support strategic planning and improve financial processes over time
• Prepare financial reports and manage payroll, invoices, and account reconciliations

Required Qualifications

• Fluency with accrual-based accounting and GAAP principles
• Proficiency in spreadsheet management and financial reporting
• Minimum of three years of experience managing financial processes
• Experience enforcing internal financial policies and maintaining compliance
• Background in nonprofit, international, or startup environments is preferred
