Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Operations Manager - Accounts Payable.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and training to staff, conducting performance evaluations and overseeing recruitment
• Manage daily team activities, establish work schedules, and mentor staff
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, and management reporting processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience in staffing, training, and performance management preferred
• Leadership skills to motivate and enhance team performance
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Intermediate math skills for financial calculations
