Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Operations Manager to oversee integration workstreams for its Finance & Accounting Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead finance workstreams to integrate newly acquired firms, including managing bank accounts and fund transfers
• Design and manage organizational systems and SOPs for project tracking and deliverables
• Communicate progress and roadblocks to stakeholders, ensuring visibility and driving project efficiency

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a project manager or integrations lead in a high-growth environment
• Demonstrated success in managing multiple projects on time and on budget
• Strong preference for experience in mergers and acquisitions, particularly in a private equity context
• Superior organizational skills and a customer service orientation
• Intellectual curiosity and a proactive approach to problem-solving
