Financial Operations Manager

Job Summary

Financial Operations Manager, this is a fully remote position requiring 40 hours per week, where the individual will oversee financial operations including client transactions, cash management, and operational reporting while driving process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end processing of client deposits and withdrawals, ensuring adherence to service level agreements
• Lead daily cash management across multiple payment service providers, banks, and currencies
• Develop and review cash-flow, reconciliation, and P&L variance reports, providing insights to management

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in financial operations or treasury, focusing on reconciliations and cash management
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Mathematics
• Advanced analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in Excel; familiarity with SQL or BI tools is a plus
• Strong English communication skills; Mandarin is preferred but not essential
• Experience in financial operations within brokerage, fintech, or related environments
