Financial Operations Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Services Operations Representative.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily account activities to provide excellent service to customers by processing financial service requests efficiently and accurately
• Review transactions for quality, ensuring accuracy and escalating concerns as needed
• Communicate effectively with clients, advisors, and shareholders to resolve issues and clarify requests

Required Qualifications:

• Critical thinking skills with the ability to analyze information and make educated decisions
• 1-2 years of business experience in customer support, customer service, or transfer agency roles for Rep. II and III positions
• High School Diploma or equivalent with 1-year work-related experience
• Prior financial services experience preferred, specifically in operations transaction processing and/or phone-related roles
• Dedicated quiet workspace in home for training and work without distractions or interruptions
