Financial Operations Specialist

Job Summary

To support day-to-day finance operations, the full-time Financial Operations Specialist will investigate refund requests, process financial transactions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while working remotely on a US-oriented schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Review, investigate, and process refund requests in accordance with company policies and documentation standards
• Analyze payment history and internal records to determine refund eligibility and evaluate disputes
• Support day-to-day accounting activities, including recording journal entries and maintaining financial records in QuickBooks Online

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Finance Operations, Accounting Support, or related finance roles
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online or similar accounting systems
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills, including proficiency with formulas and data reconciliation
• Experience reviewing financial transactions, payments, and customer accounts
• Advanced English (C1+) and fluent Russian language skills
