Financial Operations Specialist
Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Financial Operations Specialist will facilitate B2B transactions by collaborating with various teams to resolve payment issues, onboard new suppliers, and ensure effective communication with customers and partners.
Key responsibilities
- Manage communication with Suppliers, Buyers, and Finance Partners to resolve payment-related issues
- Coordinate with the Supplier Success and Sales teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new Suppliers
- Take ownership of issues, maintaining a queue and driving them to resolution through root-cause analysis
Required qualifications
- Degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a related field
- Experience in finance, financial services, accounting, or FinTech
- Proficiency in Excel (e.g., Vlookup, Pivot Tables)
- Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems
- Experience in Customer Service or Client Relationship Management
