Job Summary
To support financial operations, the full-time Financial Operations Specialist II will manage service tickets, assist with training staff, and resolve balancing problems while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with training new staff in Financial Operations functions
- Review and update job procedures and policies within the department
- Resolve settlement tickets from internal and external clients via the ticketing portal
Required qualifications
- Associates degree or equivalent business experience required
- Four (4) years of accounting or banking-related experience required, preferably in Settlement or Finance
