Financial Operations Specialist II

Job Summary

Managing service tickets and resolving balancing issues, the full-time Financial Operations Specialist II will assist with training staff and update procedural documentation while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in training new staff on Financial Operations functions
• Review and update departmental job procedures and policies
• Process daily exception items and reconcile transactions between vendors and credit unions

Required qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent business experience required
• Four years of accounting or banking-related experience, preferably in Settlement or Finance
