A company is looking for a Financial Performance & Quality Assurance Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Support project organization and management related to benefits
• Collect, clean, organize, and analyze data on benefit plans
• Create reports and present findings to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• B.A. / B.S. from an accredited institution, preferably in Data Science or Business Administration
• Three years of experience in financial analysis and reporting
• Proficiency in financial analysis tools and procedures
• Experience handling sensitive data in compliance with regulations
• Ability to manage data feeds and maintain data governance standards
