Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Performance Coach to facilitate client commitment and change toward building profitable, self-managing property management companies.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the Data Team for client dashboard setup and review financial data for coaching preparation
• Conduct coaching calls using ProfitCoach methodologies, guiding clients toward self-discovery and commitment
• Contribute to the evolution of coaching tools and participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Mid-stage professional with foundational instincts in business finance and client engagement
• Coaching intuition or emerging coaching skills with financial confidence
• Ability to work fluidly in spreadsheets and model financial scenarios in real time
• Exposure to leadership or client-facing advisory roles is strongly valued
• Experience in property management or related industries is beneficial but not mandatory
