Financial Performance Operations Lead

Job Summary

To drive financial performance across a portfolio of approximately 90 companies, the full-time Financial Performance Operations Lead will design and improve operational infrastructure, manage data strategy, and support strategic planning while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and enhance operational systems to scale financial performance across the portfolio
• Lead data strategy initiatives, ensuring data quality and leveraging insights for decision-making
• Support strategic planning processes and maintain efficient reporting infrastructures for performance tracking

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in strategy, operations, FP&A, or a related field
• Proven ability to work with data at scale, including auditing and improving data quality
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across Product, Finance, and Operations
• Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with BI tools and SQL is a plus
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build and improve systems independently
