Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Planner to provide financial aid assistance and guidance to prospective students.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide financial aid assistance to prospective and enrolled students
• Counsel students on financial aid eligibility and payment options
• Support compliance with federal, state, and internal policies and procedures

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School Diploma/GED required; Associate or Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 2 years of customer service experience preferred
• Financial Aid experience preferred, but not required
• Proficiency with MS Office and database software systems is essential
• Salesforce experience is a plus
