Financial Planning & Analysis Leader

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional FP&A Leader.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and consolidate regional reporting packages and deliver analysis of financial results
• Lead the annual budget cycle and manage monthly and quarterly forecasting updates
• Develop and maintain KPI dashboards and act as a strategic finance partner to regional teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
• 8+ years of FP&A, financial reporting, or analytical experience
• Strong understanding of GAAP fundamentals; IFRS exposure is a plus
• Experience in multi-region, multi-entity, or acquisitive environments preferred
• Expertise in building financial models and dashboards, with proficiency in Excel
