Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
• Prepare and present monthly financial reports and dashboards for executive leadership
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to gather inputs for financial forecasts and evaluate new initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
• 6+ years of diverse financial experience, including FP&A, reporting, and analysis
• 4+ years of FP&A experience with ownership of planning and forecasting
• 4+ years of advanced Excel and financial analysis experience
• 3+ years of financial accounting experience in a manufacturing environment
