Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the consolidated FP&A reporting package and lead the monthly reporting cadence
• Build financial content for Board materials and support debt compliance reporting
• Manage the consolidation of budget and forecast inputs across entities and functions

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive FP&A/corporate finance experience
• Proven ability to deliver accurate reporting under tight deadlines
• Experience in multi-entity environments and intercompany concepts
• Strong modeling skills, particularly in workforce and management fees
• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or related field; CPA/MBA preferred
