Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary financial advisor to Sales and Marketing leadership, providing insights for resource allocation decisions
• Own the budgeting and planning process for Sales and Marketing, identifying areas for optimization and investment reallocation
• Execute financial forecasts and collaborate with Accounting to ensure consistency between budgets and reported financials

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or Accounting; MBA preferred
• 5+ years of experience in a financial-based role, preferably in Private Equity-backed SaaS companies
• Strong understanding of SaaS metrics, forecasting, and financial modeling best practices
• Proficiency in Excel and experience with financial systems like Adaptive and NetSuite
• Working knowledge of GAAP to ensure forecasts reconcile with reported results
