Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager, responsible for budgeting, planning, and forecasting processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the annual budget process and coordinate with budget owners to develop the corporate budget
• Analyze monthly results, research variances, and provide feedback to Accounting on adjustments
• Compile and distribute management reporting, including company metrics and KPIs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
• 7-10 years of relevant experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Strategic Finance
• Experience in the SaaS/Software industry required
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Experience with Adaptive Planning solution highly preferred
