Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to oversee financial planning and analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial reporting
  • Manage and maintain Oracle PBCS processes and systems, providing troubleshooting and user training
  • Assist in preparing reports for the Board of Directors and senior management, highlighting financial performance and insights
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree or certification preferred
  • 5-7 years of experience in corporate FP&A or related finance roles
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with Oracle, PBCS, and SmartView
  • Strong data analysis skills and experience with data visualization tools
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage tight deadlines
