Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting process and maintain a rolling 18-month forecast
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages, including variance analysis
• Manage cash flow modeling and act as an internal consultant to department heads

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
• 5-8+ years of experience in FP&A or strategic finance roles, preferably in a SaaS environment
• Strong understanding of SaaS business models and advanced financial modeling skills
• Familiarity with Salesforce data structures and BI tools
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the broader Office suite
