Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

Job Summary

To support day-to-day operations and financial oversight, the fully remote Financial Planning & Analysis Manager will lead financial planning initiatives, manage reporting processes, and collaborate with senior leadership to drive actionable insights and improve financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead senior management in financial planning and results management, defining reports for tracking revenue and cost drivers
• Generate robust monthly revenue reporting from large data sets, providing actionable commentary for senior leadership
• Manage the annual revenue and expense budget process, forecasting results and presenting findings to senior leadership for consideration

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance
• 4+ years of progressive growth in financial roles/responsibilities
• Strong proficiency in Excel and experience with data extraction and manipulation techniques
• Experience with Sigma or another data visualization tool
• Ability to analyze data and translate results into actionable insights
