Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Planning and Analysis Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed data analysis for budgeting and forecasting within a real estate portfolio
• Generate and analyze monthly and quarterly reports, assisting in budget corrections
• Support the development of efficient reporting strategies and maintain team data collection

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
• At least 4 years of relevant experience
• Advanced MS Excel skills and proficiency in accounting applications
• Experience with Big Data tools such as Power BI, Power Query, and Power Pivot
• Demonstrated financial competency at a detailed operational level
