Job Summary

A company is looking for a FP&A Associate to support operational reporting and financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership decision-making
• Analyze operational performance trends to identify cost-savings opportunities
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes by gathering and structuring financial data

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field
• Strong Excel skills, including financial modeling and data analysis
• Proficiency in PowerPoint for creating impactful presentations
• Familiarity with financial systems and reporting tools (NetSuite experience a plus)
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
