Financial Planning Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial & Planning Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce monthly financial statements including balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement
• Analyze financial, sales, and operational data to identify trends and support strategic planning
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports for senior leadership and track pipeline metrics

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field
• 4-7 years of experience in FP&A
• Strong proficiency with tools such as Business Central, Microsoft CRM, and Salesforce
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with SQL or Python is a plus
• Proven ability to analyze complex datasets and communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders
