Financial Planning Analyst

Job Summary

To support financial operations in a remote environment, the full-time Financial Planning Analyst will manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for a portfolio exceeding $150 million, collaborating with various business functions to provide strategic insights to leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee month-end close activities, manage accruals, and prepare variance analysis for leadership review
• Develop and present quarterly, annual, and multi-year forecasts while managing vendor budgeting processes
• Provide strategic recommendations and financial insights to support executive decision-making and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• 5-8 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Corporate Finance, or Accounting
• Proven experience managing budgets exceeding $100 million
• Advanced skills in Excel, financial modeling, and month-end close processes
• Strong analytical skills with a track record of presenting financial information to senior leadership
