Financial Planning Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting a forward-thinking AI-centric FP&A team, the full-time remote Financial Planning Analyst will manage inventory forecasts, variance analysis, and reporting while collaborating with Marketing, Sales, and Account Management to inform leadership decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain inventory forecasts with narratives on business drivers
• Deliver variance analysis across commercial domains and run scenario modeling
• Contribute to monthly business reviews and provide rapid ad hoc analysis for leadership

Required qualifications

• 1-3 years in an analytical role such as FP&A, business analysis, or product analytics
• Proficiency in SQL with the ability to write queries efficiently
• Demonstrated hands-on use of AI tools to enhance workflows
• Strong business acumen to connect data insights to non-finance audiences
• Fluency in Excel and Google Sheets for daily analysis tasks
