Job Summary

Supporting strategic decision-making, the full-time Financial Planning Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver financial insights and enhance reporting, with a hybrid option available for candidates in Nashville and remote opportunities for those outside the area.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on performance metrics and financial results
• Leverage financial data to create and enhance management reporting for business lines
• Analyze financial trends and communicate insights to leadership for strategic planning

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, or a related field required
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in financial planning or analysis
• Experience with financial systems and advanced Excel skills
• FP&A or accounting background preferred
• Healthcare industry experience is a plus
