Financial Planning Analyst

Job Summary

As a key contributor to the finance team, the full-time remote Demand & Financial Planning Analyst will manage demand planning models, collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business performance, and track input costs to understand gross margin evolution.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze retail sales and collaborate with Supply Chain to manage inventory and monthly reforecasting
• Maintain demand planning models based on sales trends and project inventory demands
• Monitor input costs and collaborate with Finance to size and model new business opportunities

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis with advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field from an accredited institution
• Experience with NetSuite or other ERP systems
• Understanding of U.S. GAAP accounting principles
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic business environment and take ownership of projects
