Financial Planning Analyst

Job Summary

To support strategic financial initiatives, the full-time remote Financial Planning Analyst will conduct complex financial assessments, lead internal audits, and develop financial models while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business performance improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct financial assessments and modeling to evaluate business performance and identify improvement opportunities
• Lead internal audit processes and engage with auditors to resolve issues and improve internal controls
• Advise leadership on strategic fiscal matters through regular financial reporting and analysis of variances

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field
• Minimum of six years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis or related business experience
• Strong skills in financial modeling and forecasting
• Experience in conducting complex financial analyses and interpreting financial data
• Ability to collaborate effectively across various teams and influence decision-making
