Financial Planning Analyst

Job Summary

To support financial planning and business decision-making, the full-time remote Financial Planning Analyst will conduct complex financial assessments, lead internal audit processes, and develop strategic financial insights to improve business performance.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct financial assessments and modeling to evaluate business performance and identify improvement opportunities
• Lead internal audit processes and collaborate with stakeholders to implement changes and assess risks
• Create budgets and forecasts aligned with strategic initiatives, advising leadership on fiscal matters

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field
• Minimum of six years of Financial Planning & Analysis experience or directly related business experience
• Strong forecasting and financial modeling skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
• Experience in analyzing financial trends and making data-driven recommendations
