Financial Planning Analyst

Job Summary

To support financial decision-making, the full-time remote Financial Planning Analyst will conduct complex financial assessments, develop forecasts and budgets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business performance improvements.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct and interpret complex financial assessments and modeling to inform strategic initiatives
• Lead internal audit processes and engage with auditors to enhance internal controls
• Advise leadership on fiscal matters by analyzing financial reports and trends to facilitate effective financial management

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field
• Minimum of six years of Financial Planning & Analysis experience or directly related business experience
• Experience in developing financial models and conducting financial assessments
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to influence decisions through data-driven recommendations
• Proven ability to collaborate across various teams and manage multiple priorities
