Financial Planning Analyst

Job Summary

To support financial planning and business decision-making, the full-time remote Financial Planning Analyst will conduct complex financial assessments, develop forecasts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives that impact revenue and expenses.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct and interpret complex financial assessments and modeling to support strategic decision-making
• Lead internal audit processes and engage with auditors to resolve material weaknesses and implement changes to internal controls
• Create budgets and forecasts by analyzing budgeting trends and collaborating with stakeholders to develop departmental budgets

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field
• Minimum six (6) years of Financial Planning & Analysis experience or directly related business experience
• Strong expertise in financial modeling and forecasting
• Experience in conducting financial assessments and variance analysis
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
