Financial Planning Analyst

Job Summary

Seeking a highly analytical and collaborative Financial Planning Analyst IV, this full-time remote position will support forecasting, financial planning, and business decision-making while partnering across a matrixed organization to develop financial insights and drive initiatives that impact revenue and expenses.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct complex financial assessments and modeling to inform business performance and decision-making
• Lead internal audit processes, review audit results, and engage with auditors to enhance internal controls
• Create and analyze budgets and forecasts, providing strategic fiscal advice to region/business unit leaders

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field
• Minimum of six years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis or directly related business experience
• Strong forecasting and financial modeling skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
• Experience in conducting financial assessments and interpreting complex data
