Financial Planning Analyst
Job Summary
Detail-oriented and analytical, the full-time salaried Financial Planning Analyst will manage monthly commission accruals and payouts, ensuring accurate calculations and reporting while providing insights to Finance and Sales leadership in a virtual environment.
Key responsibilities
- Consolidate data to prepare accurate monthly commission accrual reports and perform variance analysis
- Calculate and validate monthly sales commission payouts in compliance with established compensation plans
- Provide ad hoc financial analysis and support executive-level reporting for Finance and Sales leadership
Required qualifications
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and complex formulas
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, particularly in Customer Engagement and Finance & Operations
- Strong understanding of accrual accounting and financial reporting
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong data validation skills
- Ability to manage recurring monthly deadlines with accuracy and consistency
