Financial Planning Analyst

Job Summary

To support strategic financial initiatives, the full-time remote Financial Planning Analyst will conduct complex financial assessments, develop forecasts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business performance improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct financial assessments and modeling to evaluate business performance and identify improvement opportunities
• Lead internal audit processes and collaborate with stakeholders to implement changes to enhance financial controls
• Create and analyze budgets and forecasts, providing strategic fiscal advice to leadership based on financial trends and data analysis

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field
• Minimum of six years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis or a directly related field
• Strong financial modeling and forecasting skills
• Experience in conducting complex financial analyses and reporting
• Ability to build relationships and influence decision-making across a matrixed organization
