Financial Planning Analyst
Job Summary
To support a growing finance team, the remote Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst will manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance financial processes.
Key responsibilities
- Support annual planning, budgeting, and forecasting for assigned business areas
- Participate in month-end close activities and financial variance analysis
- Identify opportunities to automate reporting and improve financial processes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- 0-2 years of professional experience, including relevant finance/accounting internships
- Strong Excel skills, including PivotTables and VLOOKUPs
- Familiarity with Oracle EBS and/or Hyperion is a plus
- Ability to organize multiple priorities and meet deadlines
