Financial Planning Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting financial strategy and reporting activities, the full-time remote Financial Planning Analyst will analyze complex financial data, develop financial models, and provide insights to guide business decisions.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting and forecasting cycles
- Analyze financial performance against budget and forecast to identify trends and opportunities
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports, dashboards, and variance analyses
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in Business Administration preferred
- 2-3 years in financial planning & analysis or related roles
- Strong hands-on experience with Excel and financial modeling
- Experience in healthcare tech or SaaS environment preferred
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau) preferred
