Financial Planning Analyst

Job Summary

To support financial planning and analysis efforts, the full-time Financial Planning Analyst will manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting while collaborating with various stakeholders to drive process improvements and provide decision support.

Key responsibilities

• Own budgeting and forecasting components of the operating model for headcount, cash flow, and resource allocations
• Prepare financial reports and presentations for key stakeholders, ensuring they are informed to meet financial commitments
• Analyze business trends to provide actionable insights and support to the leadership team

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant work experience in corporate finance, investment banking, consulting, or private equity/growth equity
• Undergraduate degree in a quantitative field such as Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or Mathematics
• Expertise in Excel with the ability to develop complex financial models and perform quantitative analysis
• Experience with cloud-based EPM tools like Adaptive Insights or Anaplan is preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines
