Financial Planning Analyst

Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare clearinghouse, the full-time Financial Planning Analyst will enhance financial models, improve forecasting accuracy, and automate financial processes while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve the company's financial model, including revenue, expenses, and long-range forecasting
• Develop metrics, models, and reporting infrastructure to accurately assess business performance
• Partner with Accounting to analyze monthly results and ensure reliable management reporting and forecasts

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, or similar analytical roles
• Exceptional financial modeling skills with the ability to build models from raw data
• Strong understanding of the relationship between financial statements and operating metrics
• Technical proficiency in automating workflows and utilizing modern tools and AI for financial systems
• Ability to independently analyze ambiguous strategic questions and develop rigorous answers
