Financial Planning Analyst IV

Job Summary

Seeking a highly analytical and collaborative Financial Planning Analyst IV, this full-time remote position will support forecasting, financial planning, and business decision-making while partnering across a matrixed organization to develop financial insights and drive initiatives that impact revenue and expenses.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct complex financial assessments and modeling, leading internal audit processes, and developing reports on region/business unit performance
• Create budgets and forecasts in alignment with strategic initiatives, analyzing budgeting trends and making recommendations
• Advise region/business unit leaders on strategic fiscal matters by reviewing financial reports and facilitating financial management throughout the organization

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field
• Minimum six (6) years of Financial Planning & Analysis experience or directly related business experience
• Strong forecasting and financial modeling skills
• Experience in conducting financial assessments and interpreting complex financial data
• Ability to collaborate and influence decisions through data-driven recommendations
