Financial Planning Analyst IV

Job Summary

Supporting strategic financial initiatives, the full-time remote Financial Planning Analyst IV will conduct complex financial assessments, develop forecasts, and provide insights to improve business performance across a matrixed organization.

Key responsibilities:

• Conducts financial assessments and modeling to evaluate business performance and inform decision-making
• Leads internal audit processes and collaborates with stakeholders to implement changes to internal controls
• Creates budgets and forecasts while advising leadership on strategic fiscal matters and performance improvements

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field
• Minimum six years of Financial Planning & Analysis experience or directly related business experience
• Strong experience in financial modeling and forecasting
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
• Proven track record of influencing decisions through data-driven recommendations
