Financial Planning Analyst IV

Job Summary

Seeking a highly analytical and collaborative Financial Planning Analyst IV, this full-time remote position will support forecasting, financial planning, and business decision-making while partnering across a matrixed organization to develop financial insights and drive initiatives that impact revenue and expenses.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct complex financial assessments and modeling to evaluate business performance and inform strategic decisions
• Lead internal audit processes, review audit results, and implement changes to enhance internal controls
• Create budgets and forecasts aligned with business strategic initiatives, providing recommendations based on financial trends

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field
• Minimum six (6) years of Financial Planning & Analysis experience or directly related business experience
• Strong forecasting and financial modeling skills
• Experience in conducting financial assessments and interpreting complex financial data
• Ability to influence decisions through data-driven recommendations
