Financial Planning Analyst IV

Job Summary

Seeking a highly analytical and collaborative Financial Planning Analyst IV, this full-time remote position will support forecasting, financial planning, and business decision-making while partnering across a matrixed organization to develop financial insights and drive initiatives that impact revenue and expenses.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct complex financial assessments and modeling to evaluate business performance and identify improvement opportunities
• Lead internal audit processes and engage with auditors to resolve material weaknesses and implement changes to internal controls
• Create budgets and forecasts in alignment with strategic initiatives, advising leadership on fiscal matters and analyzing variances

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field
• Minimum six (6) years of Financial Planning & Analysis experience or directly related business experience
• Proven experience in financial modeling and analysis
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
• Strong analytical skills and intellectual curiosity
